 As
called for in the Association’s Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CC&Rs),
the
Architectural Control Committee has adopted rules to guide homeowners in
obtaining the required approvals for any planned exterior modifications (such as
windows, awnings, satellite discs or light fixtures) or major repairs (such as
deck or rail replacements). The Committee is committed to a policy of
maintaining a clean and attractive environment in our complex and to the use of
soft earth tones on exterior surfaces.

of the established Rules and Regulations are available to all residents and/or
