The landscape committee meets with a representative of Loral Landscape (the Association Contractor) from time to time to check the area for work that needs to be done and discuss plans to accomplish within budget restrictions.
The committee annually walks the areas to check for tree work that needs to be done: tree removal and tree trimming.

The committee also responds to homeowner requests for specific work to be done: plant replacement, addition or removal and contacts Loral to obtain cost of the work to be done which is subject to budget restrictions.

It is worth a stroll through the area to see how well it has been maintained over the years.
