These Parking Regulations are in effect 24 hours each day. Any vehicle that
is in violation of these regulations is subject to immediate tow away as
authorized by local law enforcement, the Association security agent or any
member of the Board of Directors.
The Association has retained the services of a security company to enforce
these regulations.
- Resident vehicles are to be garaged at all times with the exception of
daylight ancillary activity such as washing the vehicle.
- Garage doors are to remain closed except when in use.
- With the exception of Bayridge, where the homes have a driveway easement,
onto the public street, NO PARKING is allowed in the drives, courts or
driveways. This is because of the narrow passageways on the common area
streets and courts. Also, there is NO PARKING within any marked fire lane or
in front of garage openings. ANY VEHICLE BLOCKING ANY GARAGE DOOR, DRIVEWAY,
FIRE LANE, OR COURT may be towed at any time of the day or night without
warning.
- Parking spaces within the complex that are marked 'VISITOR" are reserved
for guest parking only. Resident's vehicles are not to be parked in the
visitor parking area. Guests who will be utilizing guest parking in excess of
72 hours must place a note on the dash which notes: 1) the unit being visited;
and 2) the term of stay. Any guest vehicle utilizing visitor parking overnight
more than 5 times in a 30 day period shall no longer be recognized as a
"guest" vehicle and will be subject to towing.
- There is no parking or storing of any boats, campers trailers or other
such vehicles within the common areas.
- No part of the common areas of the Association shall be used for the
repair, construction or reconstruction of any vehicles, boat, or any other
transportation device except in an emergency (i.e., changing a flat tire, or
jump starting a vehicle).
